At BTG you will be able to choose from two routes of study:
- Academic through A Levels
- Vocational through BTEC Extended Diplomas
After receiving your application forms, we will use your GCSE predicted grades at the Information, Advice and Guidance meetings in January, to see which route will be most suitable for you.
The entry requirements into each route are as follows:
A LEVELS:
- 5 A* - C’s at GCSE Level including English & Mathematics
- Subject specific requirements (see individual course information sheets)
BTEC EXTENDED DIPLOMAS:
- 4 A* - C’s at GCSE Level
- Course specific requirements (see individual course information sheets)
- GCSE English & Mathematics can be retaken alongside the diploma course
