Year 7 Appeals for September 2020

If a place at the school is not offered, parents/carers have the right to appeal to an Independent Appeal’s Panel set up according to the School Admission Appeals Code of Practice.

You must request an appeal pack in writing by Friday 27th March 2020 either by email to admissions@btg-secondary.lambeth.sch.uk or by letter to: Mrs S Weir, School Admissions Officer, Bishop Thomas Grant School, Belltrees Grove SW16 2HY.

The Appeal Schedule for Secondary School Transfer 2020 is as follows:

Friday 27th March 2020 – Deadline for Parents/Carers to inform the school of their intention to appeal in writing.

Please provide the following information:

  • Child’s Full Name, Date of Birth and Primary School

 Admission Appeal Hearings - Tuesday 19th May, Wednesday 20th May and Thursday 21st May 2020.  

The Admission Appeal Hearings will not be held on these dates, please Click here for new information regarding Admission Appeals – 13 May 2020. 

Waiting List

Parents/carers of children who have not been offered a place at the school, may ask for the child's name to be placed on the waiting list, which is operated according to our admissions criteria. Placing a child's name on the waiting list does not guarantee that a place will become available.

To add your child to the waiting list please email the School Admissions Officer at admissions@btg-secondary.lambeth.sch.uk

Please provide the following information:

  • Child’s Full Name, Date of Birth and Primary School
