This year’s destinations for Year 13 students reveal an interesting range of choice as a last year’s Sixth Formers embark on the next stage of their career journey.
Two of our highest-achieving students took up their places at Oxford University, (Romy , History, and Gabriella , Classics and French), and Russell group universities were well-represented ( Nottingham, Warwick, Birmingham, Durham were popular choices) with the colleges of London University also featuring strongly as choices (King’s College, UCL, Queen Mary, Royal Holloway, and a first student to SOAS).
Loughborough University was one of the most popular, with at least 6 students choosing this university in the East Midlands.
A huge variety of subjects were chosen, ranging from traditional academic subjects to Chiropractic, Veterinary Medicine, Cyber Security, Criminology, Nursing , Sports Science and Ancient History.
Many students applying for next year’s university places have received a full set of offers, including students applying for Oxford, Cambridge, Medical and Veterinary Science courses.
