Bishop Thomas Grant Sixth Form was inspected by Ofsted in February 2025 and judged to be Outstanding.

Bishop Thomas Grant Sixth Form has a proud tradition of academic excellence, underpinned by exceptional care, guidance, and support. Our outstanding provision ensures that students grow into successful, responsible, principled, and compassionate individuals. With their skills and talents fully developed, they go on to enrich not only their own lives but also the lives of those they encounter.

We place a strong emphasis on academic achievement and expect every student to give their best. While academic success is a priority, we also encourage students to engage in a wide range of extracurricular activities. We believe this balance makes the Sixth Form experience both fulfilling and enjoyable and develops all aspects of our Sixth Form students’ talents and characteristics.
